Invulnerable Nightmare of Catarina T17 Ziggurat boss bug 3 074 284 395

Re-entered in the room after a death and the boss was continuously doing its attacks while being invulnerable/untargettable.
Map lost since the area is locked during the fight.

Like posted in others similar reports I found using search engine.

i killed 2 mini bosses same time on phase 2, now catarina is in invulnerable phase forever, i can't even see her hp.
