Extreme performance issues with Einhar Mighty Hunter, Deadly Prey, and Toxic Rain
|
Bug ID: 1,410,237,206
Game slows and eventually stops for multiple seconds when using a Toxic Rain Raider build and having the "Mighty Hunter" and "Deadly Prey" Atlas passives enabled. Switching renderer, graphic options, and/or resolution do not alleviate issue. When I looked at my Task Manager CPU, GPU, RAM, and SSD usage were below 100%. The issue happens on multiple maps that I tried. Switching to another character caused the issue to stop, so I believe it is something to do with the combination of Toxic Rain + Einhar atlas passives. Please let me know if I can provide any other information. UPDATE: "Mighty Hunter" + Toxic Rain appears to be issue. Disabling "Deadly Prey" did not affect performance, but disabling "Mighty Hunter" was instantly better.

Update 2: Tried again today with Standalone client instead of the Steam client. "Deadly Prey" appears to be problem passive (along with Toxic Rain). It also seems to continue to affect the performance even after refunding the skill until the game client is restarted completely.

Update 3: I decided to hold down the toxic rain button while the game was lagged out and eventually got kicked to the login screen with a "unexpected disconnect" message after a few seconds.

My graph after lagging a few moments and dying:
![]() Unfortunately the in-game screenshot tool only outputs a black screen during the frozen moments. My graph during a boss fight (Plateau). The dips are when I let go of Toxic Rain. At this point I had 4 stacks of Hunters' Cunning ![]() Last edited by CoderBrandon#0350 on May 9, 2024, 4:50:51 PM
