BAMA and "Bow Attacks fire x additional Arrows"

Hi,

Can anyone confirm if this improves the DPS?

On bow:

"Bow Attacks fire 2 additional Arrows"

On quiver:

"Bow Attacks fire 1 additional Arrows"

Theoretically, this will give 3 more arrows to clones thus boost the DPS?

When I use the abovementioned quiver, I can see the Blink Arrow clone fires two arrows instead of one.

So I expect this will improve the DPS in a close range (+ same thing for the Rain of Arrows from Mirror Arrow clone)?

It does improve dam (if you hit something).

If you have an even number of arrows it's more difficult to hit a single target.
With 2 arrows one goes "left" and the other one "right" your aimed target.
The same with 4, 6, ...
So you have to adjust your aiming. (I prefer odd nuumbers.)

The tool tip damage of most bow skills or other projectile skills is always for 1 projectile only and will not change if you have more.
PoE can't know if you will hit with all projectiles ;-)

If you look for shot gunning (hitting a target more than 1x with one "shoot") at close range:
Most skills in PoE can't do that.

Unless they will use Barrage, it wont increase DPS. It doesnt matter whether you shoot 1 arrow or 100, only one can deal damage to the same target (except Barrage)
Not sure if Barrage support work on them
