Are the good delve builds a secret?

For some leagues now I've watched in awe as players have reached depths of absurdity and so I decided to give delve a go. Did my due diligence and searched high and low, but it's as if these highly specialised builds are a government secret.
Alas I am not the most capable or knowledgeable when it comes to poe, but maybe some kind soul could point in me a direction of some sort?
