Size of character and AOE

Hi,
Yesterday i was looking a stream and i see this :

His aoe expanded a lot when he put berserk on.

But when i check wiki they say :

"Character size is a rare stat that alters the visual size of the player's character model. This is a purely cosmetic function, and does not affect the character's collision radius or area of effect"

So did i miss something? Or the character size really increase AOE ?

Likely a visual bug.
