Crackling Lance of Branching's quality is 1% more AoE per quality.
Sadly, Crackling Lance (and its transfigured gems) are completely unaffected by AoE modifiers, meaning this quality does nothing lmao

Have tested with no quality + conc up to full quality + ashes, no change.

Are you testing by visuals or by hit reg? I remember a post somewhere where transfigured gems had smaller radius than actual hitting. Still a bug either way, but at least playable if it's just visual.
