Tier 14+ Maven Quest From Kirac Not Appearing

My current quest log is the "Complete Tier 14+ Maps Witnessed by The Maven". I currently have 15/10 maps witnessed. I have completed the requirements to receive "Maven's Invitation: The Elderslayers", all the names are white and have been witnessed, but Kirac still has not given me the quest with the new invitation in the map device. Any advice or fixes are appreciated. I have relogged many times, and this issue has persisted across patches.

" You have to talk to Kirac on the forgotten shores or whatever and invite him to your hideout, then he has the quest only when in your hideout. That is noted nowhere, and I keep my hideout clear of junk NPCs, I happened upon it by chance. |
