Essence-imprisoned beasts ignore "Amplified Energies" notable since patch 3.24.2

The Amplified Energies notable is supposed to force at least 1 max-tier essence for each essence-imprisoned mob. This doesn't work on beasts. Have a look at this screenshot with 5 individual essence-imprisoned monsters each with a shrieking essence and the 6th essence which imprisons a beast with only wailing essences -- not even screaming.
