Patch Not Patching?

I am trying to log into my game, and its saying that PoE needs to update, please restart Poe. I restarted it, even verifying my files but still no success. Any ideas as to whats wrong?

same, i download the patch then it starts up and says i need to patch and restart. rinse and repeat 3 times now
