Incursion scarab of timelines, temple nexus doesn't upgrade nearby rooms

temple layout: 4 rooms connected with temple nexus. When I used Incursion scarab of timelines, Temple nexus definitely didn't upgrade connected rooms.

I received chronicle with Temple nexus (tier 3): corruption chamber (tier 1), sacrificial chamber (tier 1) - these should be at least tier 2 because of nexus. Also department of thaumaturgy (tier 2), torture cages (tier 2) - no way to check if nexus worked or not.

Same layout, second chronicle with Incursion scarab of timilines: nexus (tier 3), two connected rooms are tier 1, which should be at least tier 2.

+1, same happened to me. Looks like the upgrade happens on room generation so it bricks when it gets duped.

I noticed this as well. Tier 1 rooms next to Temple Nexus shouldn't be possible.
