I am atm tasked out of estuary boss fight and,....

its because he never moves. he does move but barely at all does he ever
move. he moves when hes beat the f down. in my situation, hes been beaten to within 10% hp 4 times. moves, steps on sanctified gound. full regen.

I try to draw him away, he wont really move much. he just stays on sanctified
ground regening much faster than i hurt him. he does NO appreciable damage.

hes attacking me as I type. what is he doing? nothing.

me however. i cant seem to kill him with this conc ground.

disgusting. force this boss to move a few times during the battle.

he just sints on conc ground. the few times he moves its because ive
brought him to 10%.

this is garbage. ill try a bit more to get him, but he appears immune.

but so am i. stalemate.
