Moon Dancer Spectres + Nassar = Unkillable
I have also posted this as a reply elsewhere, but felt this particular interaction should have its own thread, since it seems to be so specific.
In all attempts today Nassar became unkillable for me. The first time this happened I submitted bug report 390,197,247. The first time it happened it was a Kirac mission. He became unkillable at about 75% health. The second time it was my atlas, and had Unique Boss is Possessed. In that case Nassar had "Charlatan's Grip". He became unkillable at about 25% health. In the map overlay it said "5 monsters remain", but I know all but his arena was clear. This number would sometimes jump to a number between 5 -10, then drop again to 5. Never went below 5. I assume this is my minions killing adds. On the third attempt I took the following steps: I suspected the Moon Dancer spectres were the problem, since I could do some damage until they entered the mix in all cases. At about 75% health Nassar became unkillable, just as before. I convocated my minions around the arena for about 2 minutes, in an attempt to move him and to see if moving the spectres around would make a difference. I also disposed of any corpses using an offering skill. Still unkillable. I portaled to my hideout from inside the arena and made sure my Moon Dancer spectres were "banked". I used a portal to re-enter the arena. When I re-entered the arena and as I appeared my minions could attack enough to remove his energy shield, but nothing else. He was still unkillable. Since I could damage him a small amount before the spectre spells/attacks landed, I decided to remove the spectres altogether from the fight. So I opened my inventory and removed the Raise Spectre gem from my armor. Placing it in my inventory. Nassar began to take damage immediately and I was able to progress the fight and complete the map. My remaining minions were stone golem, carrion golem, skeletons, zombies, and the absolution minions. So, I can say with certainty, for me at least, when my Moon Dancer spectres were active, Nassar was somehow invincible. When I "turned them off" his fight progressed as normal as soon as the Moon Dancer effects had faded. Last bumped on Apr 18, 2024, 2:05:32 AM
