[BUG: 1,421,191,374] Thorough Exploration bug?

The Atlas notable Thorough Exploration doesn't seem to add the extra currency on bosses empowered by "Primal Wisps".

I ran maps with this Notable activated before and it worked just fine. I ran these two maps here with the Atlas Notable "Back to basis" on top of the "Thorough Exploration" Notable. I don't know if it's a bug that the extra content doesn't drop, or it doesn't drop as intended but the the bosses are still empowered by the Wisps.

The boss for the Tower map was empowered by Vivid Wisps and Primal Wisps, and it didn't drop an extra currency.

I did Cage map before and the same thing appended, only rare gear dropped. The boss was empowered by Wild Wisps and Primal Wisps.
