Cloak of flame with 6% increased maxium life

i bought cloak with 6% increased maximum life when i wear it my life is going down like 170 hp if you can look at this maybe it's my bad i am new at the game

Do you use Life Mastery - 15% increased maximum Life if there are no Life Modifiers on Equipped Body Armour? "6% increased maximum life" is Life Modifier on Equipped Body Armour. No Body Armor counts as no Life Modifiers. When you equip this armor, you gain 6% max life, but lose 15% from mastery. |
