Allflame Ember of Meatsacks makes pack disappear

Hi,

i'm just playing in Bathhouse Act 8 and used an Allflame Ember of Meatsacks on a Pack with the mod "Strongest Monster in pack gets: Dropped armour ist converted to orbs of fusing". Pack density was "normal".

I cleared the whole area but not a single Meatsack showed up and I got no orbs of fusing, instead there were parts of the zone where there were no mobs at all.
