Can't obtain crafting bench recipes

Long story short, I played SSF for a while, migrated all to trade got bored and deleted the character so at this point my account is clean, no character. I decided to start again on SSF but I can't seem to be able to obtain the crafting bench recipes any longer, they're just not where they're supposed to be aka missing. I had the same issues with the Lab trials as in they were not showing up as quests but once I did the first one the trials started working properly.
I still can't get any recipes and it's kinda weird. Did the migrate bugged my SSF league? Any ideas of what I might try?
