Harvest/Delirium T4 Challenge Bug

Not receiving completion of challenge when defeating T4 monster while delirious. Image above of Ersi while delirious and challenge screen.

Same just happened to me. Activated delirium mirror, entered harvest, got the T4 seed, killed the mob but no completion for cross contamination. I got progress for hungering harvests defeat tier 4 harvest monster.

I used a delirium orb on a map, entered harvest, killed a T4 boss but did not get the completion. I only used one orb on the map, but that should be enough to count as delirious.

Edit: Just realized the thread is from April, sorry. But this seems to still be an issue in 3.25.

Edit 2: Nevermind, I'm dumb. I misread the challenge.
