The Lion card and The Dishonoured Queen

I've farmed this before a handful of leagues ago. On average I'd estimate the card drop rate at like 2-3% with the longest I can recall ever getting a single card at about an hour.

I've farmed for this today for 4+ hours and have not seen a single drop of The Lion. I started at level 53 and am currently closing in on 59. I'm in a private league with no mods. I don't know if the league mechanic is interfering with the drop, if I'm just at an insanely long stretch of bad RNG, or what.

Disregard. Managed to get a drop this morning. The drop rate seems to be substantially lowered since the last time I farmed this.
