Auto cast focus without left click?

Is there a way to cast focus off cooldown without holding down a button? I think this was possible in the past by assigning to left click, but with the changes I'm not sure how to do it.

I know the new automation skills have created a way of doing this, but I don't think they can link to focus, I tried socketing into a item with focus but it didn't work, like say adding supports to aspect of the cat does.

Anyone know of a way to get this working? I would like to use focus on my build but don't want to constantly hold or use a macro.

I'd be interested to find out this info too. If a support gem is on the helm it supports a socketed skill gem, but not if the skill is on the helm with supports socketed it doesn't work with automation, but does with an item such as arakaali's fang (I believe).

I feel like it's not working as intended.

What skill are you trying to support? I cant think of one at the moment. I tried dash in arbiox bow but dash is not instant (not sure if this is new or always had a cast time). I'm going to try call of arm with grants enduring cry.

For focus would be nice nice if it worked, I dont want them to add new mechanics but I don't exactly understand these left click changes. Seems like everyone has just lost a skill slot. What are people using on this button currently? There's nothing I can put on there from my current build that will work.

(Edit: I think Grants Enduring cry might only be on jewelry, so maybe there no skills on items with sockets that are able to link)
