voices in my game or voices in my head?

Can anyone tell me the source of the constant voiceover in game. Sounds like some sort of robotic demon voice or someone yelling into a toilet. It's like non-stop and is really annoying. I thought it was from a cosmetic pet but that doesn't seem to be the case.

I think that it is coming from an Eldritch helmet MTX (from new supporter pack) that someone in town is wearing.
