Changing Skill Modifiers - Support Gems that are also Skill gems

So there are some outlying support gems that are oddities in and of themselves, because they are actually skills that occur indirectly from what they support.

Supports that Trigger an entirely separate skill but are not "skills" for the purpose of gem level buffs.

- Flamewood Support
- Shockwave Support
- Impending Doom Support
- Prismatic Burst Support
- Sacred Wisps Support

Supports that behave similar to a skill but are outliers

- Infernal Legion Support
- Summon Phantasm Support

I would like to suggest that any Support gems that essentially attach an entire extra skill onto another skill gem be affected by any gem level modifiers that affect "skill gems".

IE the mod "level of all fire spell skill gems" should affect the level of Prismatic Burst, as it has all the correct tags of "fire", "spell" and only lacks the "skill" and yet actually triggers a "skill".

Two simple ways that this could be attained would be:

A) manually attaching the skill tag to each of these gems & future ones (crude but effective)

B) removing the "gem" component from the modifiers so that it affects all "skills" regardless of their source. This would also create better overall synergy as a whole where skills granted by items could potentially be affected as well, such as Summon Phantasm from Soulwrest being affected by "level of all skills"

Needless to say option B provides a much more diverse and robust system that allows existing gear that grant abilities to also be affected and properly supported. It also provides interesting design opportunities for future items that can grant skills, unique or otherwise.
