modifiable or unmodifiable?

Currently i'd like to buy a t17 map, however on the tradesite ALL the maps for sale are shown as unmodifiable, are these the old maps? or the change was retroactive but it's a bug with the trade website?
Also how can i buy a modifiable t17 map right now?

Ah, fair, haven't touched league so that change wasn't something that stuck with me.

Without having a t17 map myself, I assume that they're still Unmodifiable but have grey text at the bottom indicating that you can still use Chaos Orbs on them. Or maybe an explanation that appears when you hold Alt over it.

The patch note saying that they can be changed now doesn't say they can be modified, only that Chaos Orbs can be used on them. Even if there's an exception to "Unmodifiable" with the Chaos Orbs, it sounds like they want you to run the maps rare rather than scouring them to be easier to run for fragments.

Ok i bought one as a test and the map IS modifiable with chaos but on the trade website it shows as unmodifiable
