"Increased Effect" with Silver (Onslaught) Flask - does anything?

i.e. would "25% increased effect" on a silver flask have the same effect on onslaught as "onslaught has 25% increased effect" (from somewhere) ?

or would onslaught, when derived from a flask, be considered binary, and "increased effect" would not affect it?

3.20

Onslaught

Problem:
Historically, Onslaught itself has never been a buff and cannot be scaled by modifiers to buff effect as its only effect is "You have Onslaught", which isn't very sensible.

Solution:
Onslaught is now a buff, and modifiers to buff effect now apply to Onslaught. This includes flask effect modifiers when Onslaught is provided through a Flask. As such, flask effect modifiers are now able to roll on Silver Flasks.

Onslaught from the flask used to be considered binary.

Since 3.20, Onslaught now works as a buff. As part of this change, modifiers to flask effect also increase the effect of Onslaught granted by a Silver Flask--a change which came with Silver Flasks being able to roll increased effect modifiers.
oh, it's actually in the wiki - I didn't even think to look there!
my bad <blush>
