Enslaver Stuck in Phase 1 - Bricked Map! Happened twice!

I've run the Enslaver with Maven witnessing twice now, and both times, it gets stuck in phase 1 and doesn't progress. I do have the destructive play node specced. I'm not sure what is causing this interaction, but due to this bug, I've bricked my only two Enslaver maps now.

I completed two of the other Elder maps successfully with Maven witnessing, but then my Constrictor map bugged out, just like my Enslaver maps. I've bricked three maps now due to this bug, and I don't know what's causing it. I'm frustrated because this is hindering my progress this league!

Same issue too... he is enhanced by Delirium if that makes any difference. Really sucks.
