How to delete a contract quest from the Heist

Hello every one
As the title says, i wanted to drop a contract quest from the heist that I pick up by mistake ... I hate doing heist's but when I pick them up by mistake I do them but now, this one requires to have 3 agility and of course none of them has 3 agility and I really don't want to do heist's ....
