Syndicate crafting bench did nothing

I just clicked on the syndicate crafting bench in the mastermind's lair, and a message popped up saying something like "Enriched crafting received", but nothing happened after that. Is this working as intended? I thought the bench was supposed to open a crafting UI and offer me options? Necropolis league SC
