Cyclone of Tumult not working

the gem seems to have multiple issues:

unable to see stages count. (probably reason for other fails)

no visible or numeric increase visibile in AOE / attack speed / or movement speed reduction over time.

support gems with mana multipliers seems to not affect the gem. it stays at 2 mana cost. while normal cyclone has same base mana cost but here the cost increases to 6 mana when swapped.

nevermind. im an idiot. was using the same default cyclone as a base skill instead of swapping to using tumult.
