Allflame Ember of Syndicate Guard Bug

I have run multiple maps with this allflame on packs with 720% quant in the lantern placed at the top with full atlas essence, essence scarab and essence on map device. Not only did the packs not drop a single scarab in the entire map but my essences that trapped syndicate guards did not drop any essences

same here, if trapped in essence no essence is dropped, and just run a map with the +1200% quantity mod and had no scarab drops

This is 100% happening to me too. If I run that allflame with essences, the essence monsters drop no scarabs if they're the monster the afflame replaced. Really disappointing bug.
