New permanent Skin Transfer MTX

With the new Convert Race Reward feature that was recently added, could we get a similar new feature added for a new type of "Skin Transfer MTX" called a "Permanent Skin Transfer" maybe? It could enable us to transform any armor or weapon into a permanent MTX

Obviously it would probably less cheap than 6 points but I would gladly pay a lot more points for the possibility to add any item as a permanent mtx if I really like the look of one and also just for the variety it could add to my mtx library.

Another possibility could be to simply add a /convertItemToMTX command to any item, albeit at a point cost vs it being free for the /convertRaceRewards.

That honestly would be a game changing feature for me.
