Difficulties with Jungroan's Ice Nova Trickster

Feel i was jebaited by his "smooth & tanky" promises...

My 2 problems:

1) I die like crazy.
Capped at 79, run Haste & Grace, 1.6k ES, no Chaos Res though.
Thats why i switched one Curse for Sigil of Power in my my Arcanist Brand Setup.
But sometimes my Sigil of Power just doesn't come up, even though Punishment is activated.
Does this have something to do with the 3 dots in the icon?
Do I have to activate AB more than once?

2. when my ES is gone, I'm extra screwed.
With 75 unreserved mana, I don't need a mana bottle or Clarity either.
I had 7 ES Leech Nodes in the meantime, didn't helped at all.
What can i do other then skating like a lil B*tch?

Also:
In his video he said you shouldn't link Arcane Cloak with Frostblink, but with Shield Charge.
But I didn't understand what the reason for that is.
Can someone explain it to me?

yes, i dont have Ice Nova of the Frostbolts yet, but Damage isnt my Problem.
I run T1-3 magic Maps.

You have 'elemental damage with attacks' linked to your frostbolt.

The only item with life on it is the one slot where you shouldn't have life on it because of the life mastery.

Your elemental resistances aren't capped and you're specct into Lethe Shade without being able to deal with ailments.

No, you didn't get baited. You made mistakes a first time player would make yet again.
I suggest you look for a different build. Preferable something that is as handholdy as Pohx's RF or Ziz's explosive arrow totems.

Beside Shield and Boots i wear what i found.
Its a bit SSF with 25c + 1Ex in my stash.

No, you don't get to play the new player card when you have level 100 characters and mageblood on your account.

At that point you're trolling.

You know thats on standard right?
When you have accumulated hundreds of divines over the years you just can buy good gear and copy the builds of good players.
If you play just 2 days in league and have nothing, you are equipping bad gear.


Not everybody has the time to study PoE.
Some people just play for fun.
If you have a family, real life friends and hobbies, a time consuming job, there is not enough time in a day to be a flawless nerd.
And when your wife talks about your kids upcoming birtday while grinding through the campaign, yes, you might put a wrong skill gem in a socket.


So sue me.
Or try something new and behave like a decent human beeing instead of just another online jerk.

My point is that you spent enough time in the game to be able to open your character sheet or mouseover a gem.
