Haunted Mobs for Challenge?

Where do you find the servant and magistrate mobs, I've got my whole atlas completed but still have 0/50 for both

If I recall correctly (sorry, cant check at work), those are lantern mob mod tiers. There are sometimes icons with arrows (green up/red down) that will increase or decrease mod tier. You need magistrate tier (VII tier) and servant tier (I probably)
Biggest compliments for my crafted items - "bs, they must have been RMT'ed" I'm disabled, I have rare case of semperduravera, so I can write things that may look rude, but it is because of disability - I'm forced to tell truth using words you may not like. Tier 7 is Magistrate. Their is a atlas node that increases tier which helps.
Does anyone know the best way to get more rare mobs for the other challenge for rare magistrate mobs in higher tier maps? Is there a specific ember you can apply to get more rare mobs of that type? |

If you have the league mechanic passives allocated, you'll easily get it while doing the "Enigmatic Embers" challenge. I'm at 30/100 and already completed "Abnormal Adversaries".

The concern is Arimor's Apex. Seems like it's going to be annoying to get 100 rares with that haunting without focusing it.
