Domination Scarab of Terrors and "Area contains two Unique Bosses": intended or bug?

When using Domination Scarab of Terrors, shrines, and the map mod "Area contains two Unique Bosses", the Final Map Boss is indeed twinned, but the shrine bosses are not.
