Cartography scarab of corruption bug

Cartography scarab of corruption disables map drops except for t17 maps. Tested for 20 maps with 40% adjacent map drop, no singular focus, 2 rusted cartographers, got 0 t16 map drops. First map i did with the same setup except Cartography scarab of corruption, I got 10+ t16 maps.
