Corrupted Soul keystone takes damage to life more than energy shield

I used Corrupted Soul keystone from timeless jewel.
I have 2500 life and 2500 energy shield.

When I removed Corrupted Soul keystone, I take 500 physical damage to energy shield.
Now to compare with when I used Corrupted Soul keystone.
As I took 500 physical damage, instead I take 300 to life and 200 to energy shield.

The description said "50% non-chaos damage bypass energy shield"
