Servant-Haunted in Abnormal Adversaries Challenge

I have a problem with this Challenge i did 300+ red maps and stil 0/50. i guess it cannot appear in the maps 16+. Any help?

Same problem , the issue is that servant haunted is tier 1...and all of tier 1 is always devoted for some reason so the challenge is bricked

I completed this challenge by first removing the 'Imperial Wraiths' Atlas passive, and then chucking white maps into the map device until I got a tier 2 Haunted modifier AND a pack with the red downward arrow that reduces the tier of modifiers for that pack. Not all tier 2 Haunted modifiers can be downgraded to tier 1, so it took probably around 15 maps to find a combination that worked.

From my testing I believe only tier 1 maps have a chance (and a low one at that) to have a tier 2 haunt, and then you need to find it with the down arrow on one that *CAN* be downgraded. I went through ~50 maps, never got the stars to align.

You need to get two arrows down on a t2 monster to get servant but doesnt work sometimes
