warcry mastery : Recover 15% life when you "use" a warcry is not a good condition in 3.24

call to arms is to trigger , not to use, so this 15% mastery is dead since there is no more instant warcry anymore.

by the way, the Mutewind Pennent still have call to arms but is actually warlord' s call.

Or can GGG fixed any one of above ;

1. recover 15% life when you warcry
2. Mutewind Pennent : real call to arms

apparently, nearly no one will use a non-instant warcry.
So to use warcry as a condition is kind of ridiculous.
