Blazing Salvo Returning Projectiles + Snipers Mark Bug

This was an existing bug during Ancestor league that has returned in Necropolis where burning salvo projectiles that split do not return to you, and instead fly off into the distance. It was able to be fixed during Ancestor, so hopefully it is fixed soon in Necropolis. This is roughly a 30% damage loss for me!
