Primordial Pool Boss bugged

Hello,

I ran primordial pool once yesterday and once today, and faced the same issue: the boss seems to behave erratically, by teleporting around, including when doing his signature teleport move (which is scary). The movement looks a bit like desync, but happened only in this specific map, on this specific boss.
