undesired Tattoo Change

Dear Grinding Gear Games,
all my Life Reservation Efficiency Tattoos on one of my Characters turned into Attacks have a 5% Chance to cause Bleeding. I invested more then 20 of them to make my Build Work and now i am screwed. Is this intendet? Greetings Kanos2014 Last bumped on Mar 31, 2024, 7:39:13 AM

Tattoos were changed - it's in the Patch Notes:
The Tattoo of the Kitava Shaman now provides 5% chance to Bleed on Hit with Attacks (previously 4% increased Life Reservation Efficiency of Skills). 😹😹😹😹😹

You should be happy that they did not really wipe the Standard league passive to a clean state and you have to allocate all the passive skill points again as well as reapply Tattoos......
