Essence scarabs not dropping

As the title says. Even with crystalline carapaces allocated I'm getting less essence scarabs than any other scarab type. Unless the base drop rate specifically for essence scarabs is like 10x lower than the other ones.

yea im having the same problem, even after like 10 maps and around 15-20 scarab drops i havnt even gotten a single essence scarab at all, almost worth unspec'ing the node to see if i have a better chance at haveing a essence scarab drop
