Anyone successfully play PoE on Starlink?

I moved to the middle of nowhere last year and my only option for internet is Starlink. Honestly it's a pretty impressive setup given where I live and what it's capable of, but sadly I have pretty much had to stop playing Path of Exile because of how bad it is on Starlink.

The odd thing is I really don't have many issues on other games. I play WoW, Diablo 2:R, Last Epoch, and some occasional League of Legends and while there is some lag it's nowhere near as bad as PoE.

On the games listed above, I'll maybe lag out for 1-3 seconds every 10-15 minutes or so, sometimes going hours without issues. I've maintained Diamond rank in League and pushed level 23-25 keystones in WoW, so it's really not hindering me too much. When playing Path of Exile, the lag is almost nonstop; I'll occasionally get 5 good minutes of smooth gameplay but for the most part my latency graph could be mistaken for a heartbeat monitor. Constant freezing followed by everything going at super-speed to catch up to the server, it's really a miserable experience.

Has anyone else used Starlink and had a better experience in PoE? Not exactly sure what I could fiddle with to improve but I'm certainly looking for something to try. I'm going to be devastated if I have the same issues with PoE 2.

Hi mate, I'm also interested in this as I'm planning to move next year. Would be great if we could get some feedback, also which server are you on?(EU/NA etc)
I'm on NA, I usually connect through the Texas or Cali gateways.

I have been having the same issues, I watched this video and split my connection so my PC is going off 5ghz connection and the rest of my house is 2.4ghz. Works amazing now, I live in Maine play on Washington DC server.
