Smuggler's Den Contracts and Blueprints cannot be done, Heist member does not clear Path

Tremendously frustrating, All smugglers Den maps are nerfed permanently for now.

Yep, can't complete my quest contract that's in Smuggler's Den. Tibbs just walks to the right side of the blockade after I press V and does nothing. Teleporting him there by being far away from him and pressing V quickly also does nothing. Please fix this, its affecting an entire type of contracts/blueprints.

GGG, please fix this or at least add to the list of known issues so we know this is being looked at. This is a serious bug that needs to be addressed ASAP.
