Unholy Might Withered on hit seems to be not working?

Unholy Might from Unnatural Strength, says it has 25% chance to apply Withered on hit. My ranged animate weapons hit this mob for at least 10 seconds, and as you can see, it has exactly 0 debuffs on it - so either Withered is not displayed correctly, or not applied at all.
Using Animated Weapons of Ranged Armaments, linked with Pierce, Minion Damage and Unleash, if that matters  Last bumped on Mar 30, 2024, 12:42:04 PM

If you're looking for the debuff icon under the monster's name, Withered doesn't show up there. Only non-damaging elemental ailments are shown there.
Probably this purple haze is Withered  |
