Chaos recipe

Did they change the chaos recipe? If I sell full rare it only gives me a chance orb and if I do full unidentified it gives me two chance. Am I doing something wrong?

The Rares have to have an itemlevel of 60-74 (or above 74 with at least one item being 60-74)
If there is at least one item belos ilvl 60, it downgrades to the chance recipe. |
