No way to use Portal Scroll on Controller

There is no option to bind Portal Scroll to a combo on Controller. Would recommend one of the L2+R2 buttons.

L2R2 options are all empty. Why can't we assign portal scrolls to this? |

Echoing this.
I'm playing on an Xbox controller on Steam. Either the portal isn't bound by default, or it's not clear how to bind the portal to a controller button. Please fix this so I can use my controller!! |

Update:
You can use the portal, you just have to go in and bind it like you would the other skills. This should definitely be bound by default to avoid confusion. |
