Poisonous Concuction of Bouncing feels bugged sometimes

So I have been playing with it the last 40 levels or so and it sometimes seems like one of the following or all of the following things happens sometimes:

1. Force move keeps force moving, making it impossible to cast pconc of bouncing.

2. Pconc cannot animation cancel force move, or it might be force move that cancel the animation of pconc of bouncing.

3. It sometimes feel like you are out of mana even though you are not. whether or not this is because of the above two problems or not, I do not know.

Oh, and I am using the pantheon so I can't be stunned over and over, so I know that stun isn't the issue.


I know this isn't much to go on, and I can't really replicate it, you kind of have to play it to feel it. Yet it happens often during leveling phase and it totally ruins the flow of running and shooting, because sometimes it just won't shoot but instead just keeps running..
The flow of combat as well as the clunky feel of not being able to cast makes me think there is some interaction going wrong here..
