Crackling Lance of Disintegration unaffected by Increased Critical Strike Support

Just as the title says. Was testing things out in standard, and it seems the support gem is no longer affecting the skill gem, despite the tooltip saying otherwise. Other sources of crit increase seems to work. Shown in screenshot, it is the second gem in the armour.

Oh lul I'm blind, thought it was increased multi. Doing things too quickly and then forgetting to check the obvious.
