Can't Interact While "Always attack while moving" Is Turned On Left Click?

Is there really no way to interact with items/waypoints/npcs while "Always attack while moving" is turn on left click? Seems like an oversight, or i'm missing something. I noticed there is a "Item Pickup" keybind, but it seems to do nothing. I would have imagined there would be a keybind or a toggle for interactions like these.

For reference im trying to use Absolution on left click with Always attack while moving turned on, but i basically cant play with that set like that. I find using the skill like this the most comfortable...aside from the whole interaction thing.

It is "Always attack WITHOUT moving", hence not being able to move. LMB has always been the default move key in PoE.

You could always assign the "move only" to another key and see if that is any better. Changing it to RMB or Q works nicely, I just tested it :)

Yeah setting it to right click is a work around i defaulted too. Would be cool to have it on left though. :/
