Is this going to be available for purchase without buying dozens of mystery boxes?

Yes. Will probably take a while though.

Microtransactions from Mystery Boxes are usually available to buy individually about four weeks after the Mystery Box has left the store. Keep an eye out on our Announcements sub-forum around that time. :)
