Astral Character Effect and Cosmos Weapon Effect bizarre interaction.

If I'm using the Astral Character Effect and the Cosmos Weapon Effect at the same time and do nearly anything this happens.

I wouldn't be surprised if other effects that replace a characters texture like the Gold effect do something but I don't have those.
